SHIPPING
You can find the list of countries we currently ship to on our homepage. All bag orders are shipped with complimentary DHL Express or ThaiPost—you can select the option that suits you best at checkout.
DHL typically delivers within 2–5 business days, while ThaiPost takes around 10–14 business days, depending on your location.
When placing your order, please double-check that your billing and shipping details are correct, as we’re unable to make changes once the order is confirmed. Shipping availability is also clearly shown at checkout.
We kindly ask for a few days to prepare your order before it ships. After that, your package will be on its way and should arrive within the estimated timeframe above.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping update via email. Please note that any taxes or duties imposed by your country’s customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
As a small company, we're currently unable to offer returns or exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect due to an error on our part. If that happens, please let us know at crossculture.th@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the package—we’ll be happy to make it right.
